AGIC International & Premium Strategy Fund Posts Results for the Fiscal Quarter and 9 Months.

AGIC International & Premium Strategy Fund, a diversified closed-end management investment company which seeks total return comprised of current income, current gains and long-term capital appreciation, announced its results for the fiscal quarter and nine months ended November 30, 2011.
According to a release, Allianz Global Investors Fund Management (AGIFM), an indirect subsidiary of Allianz Asset Management of America L.P. (formerly Allianz Global Investors of America L.P.), serves as the Fund's Investment Manager and is a member of Munich-based Allianz Group.
Allianz Global Investors Capital, an affiliate of AGIFM, serves as the Fund's sub-adviser.
