INVESCO VAN KAMPEN ADVANTAGE MUNICIPAL INCOME TRUST II REPORTS MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS BY 10 PERCENT OWNER BANK OF AMERICA (Georgia)


WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 -- Invesco Van Kampen Advantage Municipal Income Trust II (VKI), Atlanta, has filed a Form 4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission noting the change in the beneficial interest held by 10 percent owner Bank of America, Charlotte, N.
C.
Between Jan. 30 to Jan. 31 the action involved disposition of 68 shares of stock. The bank now owns 1,371 shares of stock indirectly.
Invesco Van Kampen Advantage Municipal Income Trust II is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The trust's investment objective is to provide a high level of current income exempt from federal income tax, consistent with preservation of capital.
