INVESCO VAN KAMPEN TRUST FOR INVESTMENT GRADE MUNICIPALS REPORTS DISPOSITION BY 10 PERCENT OWNER BANK OF AMERICA (Georgia)


WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 -- Invesco Van Kampen Trust for Investment Grade Municipals (VGM), Atlanta, has filed a Form 4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission noting the change in the beneficial interest held by 10 percent owner Bank of America, Charlotte, N.
C.
On Jan. 30 the action involved disposition of 71 shares of stock. The bank now owns 2,226 shares of stock indirectly.
